The wide disparity between read performance and write performance at the left of the chart indicates that something strange is going on inside this drive where the write performance is quite poor, but the reads are running consistently good.

Otherwise, it appears that the drive has almost flat performance throughout most of its range. Since that level of performance is well below the speed of the SCSI bus, it appears that the drive itself is the limiting factor in throughput.
