Motion Blocks - The rectangles encompassing the areas of the image that change from one frame of video to the next. In an efficient codec, only these pieces of the image need to be sent over the network in order for the remote image viewers to be made current.
NTSC - North America and Japanese video standard
PAL - UK and much of Europe video standard
